 Returns are accepted for alterations within 2 days after the buyer receives the item. All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by the buyer. Please contact us for the return address, the return address is the same as the address on your label/package when you received your order. 

There are no exchanges or returns on Sale, Closeout, or Clearance items.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM SENEGALESE AND BRAIDED UNITS.
WE PROVIDE ALTERATIONS ONLY ON THESE UNITS.
NO RETURNS ON VIRGIN HAIR UNITS / CUSTOM COLORED UNITS

Item returned must be unwashed, unused, and uncut in the original condition with no alterations. Once products are returned and received we will check and confirm the merchandise is in new condition. We will refund your original payment minus the shipping fee. 20% restocking fee will apply.

For consideration for a refund DO NOT make alterations to the hair/wig unit.

- DO NOT Perm or Relax the Hair/Wig Unit
- DO NOT Style or Cut the /Wig Unit
- DO NOT Lose any of the Original Packaging
